BREAKING NEWS: Justice Rita Pemu who is reading
the lead judgment has just held that based on facts
and evidence before the court, it is certainly not Al-
Mustapha who pulled the trigger and murdered
Alhaja Kudirat Abiola. The Court holds that he is liable
to be discharged and acquitted. Judgement is still being read.

Nice judgment, he was a military man and was following the orders from the military powers that be.....obey the last order. If they want to sentence the killer, they should go and get Abacha but since he is no longer there, make his family compensate for the mans death

I wonder how much the judge collected? Or how much pressure from the top government to let off in a bid to pacify the north at this tense moment.

my question here is, why did it take so long for justice to take its course? even if Al-Mustapha is guilty, for the case to take so long, the justice herself might be influenced along the line. We are just spectators, who knows what is going on behind the scene?

So the lower court that took longer time to hear this case has been vetoed.
well if he is found not guilty, so be it but am sure this case is going to supreme court.
