**BREAKING NEWS!** Major Hamza Al- Mustapha Discharged And Acquitted. The former Chief Security Officer to the Late Nigerian Head of State, Gen Sani Abacha, Major Hamza Al- Mustapha, has been discharged and acquitted of the alleged conspiracy and murder charges levelled against him. He was freed this morning by the Lagos Division of the Appeal Court. Al- Mustapha was sentenced to death last year over alleged murder of the Late wife of MKO Abiola after the cancellation of June 12 Election. |
