I was surfing the web to confirm when the DV 2015 would begin and to my utmost surprise, I saw that Nigeria will be ineligible for the DV 2015. According to 2012 statistics, Nigeria has sent more than 50,000 immigrants within the past 5 years, which is the criteria for countries that are eligible. These 50,000 immigrants, however, do not include refugees, asylum seekers, and previous DV immigrants.
