This is why i like Barca. They build from within and not from outside. Thumbs up to the management of barca. This is a club with an sinsitution that works. For Barcelona Fc to return to its great position, there are things that must be put in mind. They need a coach who can get most of their creative talents on the field performing at their best levels. That is Xavi, Iniesta, Messi, Neymar, Alexi Sanchez and Pedro. Bielsa plays a formation that will certainly get most of these players on the pitch regularly and performing at their best. Also Bielsa’s style of play requires a creative defensive midfielder playing in the defense. That was the way he used Martinez and this midfielder overlaps. mkmyers45: Luis Enrique has no pedigree and he will just set Barcelona up for failure I agree with you. At Barca B he wasn't spectacular and his style of football wasn't possessive enough for the calibre of Barca. Enrique also failed at Roma. He is not the right choice for Barca. He just signed with Celta, he got Rafinha (Thiago Alcantara's brother - who is considered by their family the better player than Thiago) and Nolito who was his star attacker at Barca B. Let us seewhat Enrique does with them before taking over Barca. |

All I know is that managers who ever they maybe has little or no effect on the performance of Barcelona team because the team is complete on its own and they understands themselves and their playing pattern,all we need now is one more good defender and Barca is sure of the champions league this season. |
