visit the apache tomcat site for downloading the server. as for jsp, google for tutorials. wait a minute. what framework (tiles, jsf, struts, etc) are you using? That will go a long way with respect to tutorials. Otherwise, you can just create a .jsp file and insert java code in it, which though bad, still works.
