Local market in this light is the place you can't escape in your entire lifetime if you must cook native delicacies, buy local pine wine, local snacks like ugba, Abacha and all that sorts. I have visited our markets time after time just like every other person does to purchase food stuffs and I realized the mode of service delivery is dirty and alarming like: Measuring food stuffs with RUSTED peak milk cups, periwinkle, Mellon. cutting vegetables with RUSTED trays and knives unwashed, this very few amongst other unhealthy mode of services in our local markets for sure have side effects in our health though may manifest with time or slowly destroying our system.
Overtime this trend have went on and people seem to buy-in these unhealthy cultures in our local markets.
