fattbabakay: too costly abeg..kilodee!N100k . 2 months. 4*3*2 = 24 lessons . 24*3 - 24 * 5 = 72 - 120 hrs . Middle ground 100 hrs. Their price range , ~N1k/hr . Hard truth , it will take more than 2 months 2 b a decent dev. But N100k aint too moch. Theyve gotta buy fuel,pay rent,pay staff,buy materials , train tutors,pay 4 internet and still hav sth leftover ,something decent not crumbs! Alt: selt taught route (N200k/1yr) laptop = 50k (used) internet= 10k (2 months) books = 35k ($200) xs = 5k ---------- N100k fuel/electricity -1yr + internet 1 yr = N100k+. time : 6m+ ( to feel comfortable) 12m+ (to b productv) |

fattbabakay: 4 me as an average Nigerian hustler,it's too much 4 2mnths wen it's not even evryday,3mnth should do I think..yeah,ur right on d span thing. 3 months with every day learng of not less than 8 hours a day shud b d minimum. These guys ar just cashg in on d ignorance of their prospects. ----- on d amount being over ur head, thts not how to assess a price. Look at it from how much it will take to create a quality product (N100k is actually small. And thts from som1 who doesnt hav a N100k for stuff like this). But like i said, these guys probably wont teach enuff. They'll show d students a few stuff, (git, phonegap etc),skip d hard stuff, rush thru d complex issues, run lessons in batches (mor students mor money) ,giv simple examples and be watchg d clock all thru!. A better price wud b N250-N350k, 5-6 months. Teachg = 2-3 months. Project = 2- 3 months. Student complets 2-3 major projects and many sub projects. * i know it's expensve . But we talkg quality first here * |

asalimpo:increasing d span would be better, atleast even if it's one-quarter a million, dos dat can afford it will be rest assured of gettin d best out of it...not paying 100k and at d end of 2mnths,still nothing better dan a novice, especially some students dat re not too sharp brain-wise... |
