I am sorry that you had such experience, please visit the office where the device was purchased. The bundle was activated without the SIM being in the device. Kindly request that the 10GB be credited to your data account for both lines.

Mine @first I checked it was only 10gig and when I added the N500 the remaining 10gig appeared.
