Got a message dis morning dat i suscribe to mtn game online which i did nt do and N50 has been deducted, wen i called d customa care they were telling me dat they cant reverse it. I am very angry with Mtn Nigeria. I migrated to Mtn beta talk which gives me twice of my recharge as bonus to last for 1 week. After I recharge, they show me for a while the bonus and after a few minutes, removes it from my account.

I don't understand my MTN line anymore. Anytime I recharge it, the airtime doesn't reach 24 hours. I keep getting charged for caller tune, fashion guide, learn English and many more.

I have called the customer care, and they unsubscribed me from all that, I confirmed it, but I'm still being charged. I sent "NO" to 140 to stop the caller tunes, but it said, "Message not sent." I sent the same message to 1400, but I still got the same reply.

I'm considering porting my MTN line to Glo. I would have done away with the sim, but I need the number.
My friend told me to make my last complaint on this thread before I port. If the problem persists, then I'm leaving MTN forever.
