President Goodluck Jonathan’s recent Facebook claim about
three weeks of uninterrupted electricity supply to Anambra state capital, Awka, is nowhere near the reality, residents of the town said in a quick rebuttal that again casts doubt on the president’s public claim about his achievements
Residents from several streets of Awka said while power supply had improved in their areas in the past couple of weeks, the difference was fairly minimal to be regarded as “steady” since interruptions have continued.
