Please I need engineering graduates in the house to go back to their lecture notes and see if they can design micro hydro turbine, steam turbine and pressure turbine.
This is because I see some seeming forms of clean energy sources that we can tap in Nigeria. These are:small water bodies that can be dammed, overhead tanks can be channeled for continuous flow, domestic gas can move with pressure into empty cylinder, what if a pressure turbine is placed in the path?,we can generate steam from waste heat while cooking.
I believe we can solve our energy problems and reduce dependency on phcn and fuel for generator.
I appeal to our engineers to get thinking,if this can be achieved,I will source for funding for the pilot study.
If na dream I dey make una let me know, cos na fish consultant I be,so some technicalities may elude me,but I have done some studies and a little experiment and - know the calculation of power gotten from these sources hence the reason I am specific of over 70percent efficiency.

Hmm it seems engineers in d house are not interested.

Mr ninja4life,thanks for your post.if you have any non practicing engineer as friend, pls pass the message across.it might challenge him to get working.
