Hope Africa Leadership Academy, in collaboration with the largest and most viewed Television Station in Africa, AIT present's "The Model Leadership Reality TV Show' a first of its kind in Africa, to groom upcoming youths into the leaders of tomorrow and give hope to Africa. 30 house mates shall be trained, mentored and cultured as they spend 13 weeks in a mansion, they shall be tested and subjected to various leadership skills and tasks to project their leadership personality to the audience.
