Most Topics on Religion don't make frontpage. The moderator was recently fired. Even Mr. Seun was sorry for allowing such person to be a moderator in this section.

Pastor Olu T: I am calling on all true concerned Christians on NL to look at what is happening on this forum. What exactly is the criteria for making frontpage from this forum?
As religion forum from the Christian section, threads that make frontpage aren't those that truly teaches what we believe as Christians n can learn from. U see threads like "Describe your church in one word" making frontpage while those that exalt Christ n His teachings hardly find their way there.

Our mods should please recommend threads that truly portray what we believe as Christians for the frontpage so that we all can learn n be blessed.

I think for now the taste of unbelievers determine what makes it to FP, as in what unbelievers love to hear and discuss about the church. So for a religious topic to make it to FP, it must be controversial or argumentative, it must indict a ministry or bash a pastor. If its not one of those, it will take the favour of God to get FP slot.

But i see a change coming soon.

In as much as I agree with you about the low quality of threads making front page, i do find it funny that , as usual, you think your shade christianity is better than all the hundreds of other more ridiculous ones that seem to make front page.

This is the recurring theme in religion.
My religion is better, my sect is better, my denomination is better.
Please, what else is new?

The question you should be asking yourself is :
Why is christianity, as a religion, so attractive to all manners of misfits, dimwits and all shades of lunacy?.

My point and the relevant question , which I am sure you understand, is:
Are the misfits and lunatics, the propagators of the christian message, or simply the beneficiaries of that message?.

Because, as it is very obvious to everyone, christianity today, is made of 10,000 dysfunctional units, run by , assume ,10,000 misfits and lunatics.

So, at what point in it's history, did misfits and lunatics take over the simple message of christianty and turn it into the the monstrous cobweb irrationality and lunacy?

you are not the first to attack the christian faith, neither are you the last, many have said horrible things our faith. Some even tried to subdue it, but you see! It could not be subdued! It grew more stronger and powerful over the centuries! Why because truth cannot be subdued, neither can it be overcome by evil men, misinformation, deception, lies and darkness
