This programme will provide you hands on session with fingers foods, pastries, soups, salads, Africa, italian, french, chinese cuisines, Cake baking and decorating for 4months. This class will run 3 times a week. Cost is # 50,000k

** WEEKEND CERTIFICATE CULINARY PROGRAMME / DURATION/ COST **

This intensive practical class is design for the working class people who has high interest for culinary art. You will have hand on session on
Finger foods, pastries, soups, salads, italian, french, chinese cuisines, cake baking and decorating for 4months and 2weeks.
This programme runs just on Saturday. Cost is #45,000k

We run 20perc theory and a 80perc practicals
