why wont he in the first place,is Taraba is father's property? our leaders are funny set of people, instead of him or his cronies to make him well, they are busy scheming of how to continue the loot. behind every great man, there is a woman, and behind every man that died in power, there is a woman eg:Turai, and the wife of this common criminal in Taraba. 2 Likes |

bbpreye.:suntai's case is different from yaradua's, yaradua was at a departure lounge,he was on life support, and justice was neva done untill he eventually passed on.what are we talking about, suntai is fit to rule, those who are comparing this scenario to that of yaradua are being unfair and are only being sentimental about it because a christian is involved, they want a muslim to be unnecessarily confirmed as Gov to make history 3 Likes |

Why should he step down?! Does the constitution say that he must step down?! Just because he has suffered an accident does not make him incapable of being the Governor. So because his aides had to help him down the steps of an aircraft, he must step down?! What if he is now parmanently crippled from the accident?! Abeg leave that guy jor!! Words of the gods Let him rule.. If he was performing prior to this accident, then let him continue. All that should be demanded should be a certificate from a doctor saying he hasnt suffered any mental or brain -affecting injuries and that he is capable of making speeches, sound judgement and reasoning.. If anything, he should be made a poster boy for handicapped persons in Nigeria. Until a medical certificate shows that he is mentally and physically unable to be Governor, i SAY LET HIM BE.. #TeamSuntai .. 7 Likes |

Re: Lawyers Demand That Governor Suntai Steps-down by Nobody: 10:10am On Aug 27, 2013 |
some of these politicians' wives are the cause of their problem. she wants the man to be dead and buried before she knows that the man deserves rest. if these woman can do these, i wonder what someone like PEj would do if her husband were to be in the same condition, na she go even take over the seat. Tufia!! |

It is obvious that the guy can not perform his duety again and i think he should handover to his deputy if he has the intrest of his state. |

Am not against his aid helping him down d plane or all those. The issue is this: Is the brain ok to co ordinate as required in his duty? or is someone trying to rule at the back for him. Its d brain that rules not d leg. This is d issue! 1 Like |

The problem is not with the governor cos he can't even reason on issues with the condition I saw,the problem is with his political cronies who don't want to loose out on those allowances and juicy contracts.nigerians are too greedy, this man should be allowed to rest and get well if he continues the stress of ruling will Damage his brain more |

I think that he who wears the shoe knows where it bites most. Gov suntai should know that politicians wants power at the expense of his health. |

Why should he step down if i may ask? There are many of his type parading themselves as governors. Until other mentally retarrded governors step down, Suntai should remain as governor of Taraba State. 3 Likes |

I think it will be in his best interest to step down and fight for his survival than trying to die on the hot seat. It's high time our politicians changed this mind set of wanting to occupy that seat at all cost. |
