De Raufs, a volunteer group extolling the virtues of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, Governor of Osun State, has volunteered to sponsor 15-year-old stowaway teenager, Daniel Oikhena, who hid in the tyre compartment of Arik Air flight from Benin to Lagos.
In a statement signed by the Director General of the group, Comrade Amitolu Shittu, the group is ready to give scholarship to Daniel up to university level and help him realise his dream of travelling by air legitimately.
Shittu said: “Genius and ambitious citizen of our country must not be suffocated on the alter of political and bureaucratic enforcement. The little boy’s ambition should be nurtured through qualitative education, and the group is ready to give the boy all the necessary support to make his dream a reality.
“We sincerely willing to offer him the scholarship  to encourage thousands of teenagers who are cerebral and ambitious. The leaders in Nigeria fail on their part to see the potential of the little boy. Therefore, De Raufs takes up the responsibility to safe the future of this great boy and not turning him to criminal.”

D little guy is such a big heart, waz just thinking his mind set during take off and landing of the plane GOD! Dat is risk,a very big one I emphasis, I always say my last pray on dis two occasions while comfortable inside the plane buf dis little guy was outside the plane with all the noise from the engine . (4)we clapped for the boy because he's a minor and he tried it first, anybody wei try am now na copy copy, so you would be tongue lashed.

This shouldn't encourage other kids to do the same, he was only lucky to survive it.. And some desperate parents shouldn't push their kids to try the same.

Very obvious this guy has a potential to reason which can be good in the nigerian 3 forces.

If this guy's potential isn't harnessed and channelled towards good thing, remember he stays in benin which isn't really far from the militants.
