Most of us consume beverages in Nigeria and call it tea. Tea is actually obtained from steeping tea plant leaves or other parts in water.the resultant drink is tea.
Green tea is rich in antioxidants.antioxidants are known to prevent the effects of free radicals in the body.it's also known to have anti-carcinogenic and anti-inflammatory properties.in recent times,it has also been found to be an antidiabetic agent and a fertility booster for all ttc. It is particularly beneficial to women with PCOS because of its effect on insulin resistance.
But for ladies with PCOS,it should not be taken with dairy products such as milk,nor soy milk or nondairy creamer.because it reduces its impact on insulin.lemon juice will do just fine.

How to achieve a faster and natural pregnancy

The closer it is, the less distance the sperm has to travel - so the more likely it is that you will get pregnant.

The key to getting pregnant easily is to have sex in the right position, and stay in that position after you're finished. Probably the best position is the missionary position, but the way you have sex won't matter that much as long as the ejaculation is as close to the cervix as possible. However, you should stay prone for at least 30 minutes after sex, and avoid standing or sitting up - gravity will make it harder for the sperm to fertilize the egg.

Do it Right

Some people tell you that having too much sex will decrease your chances of getting pregnant, and that much is true - but how much is too much? You want to have sex at least once or twice a day when you are ovulating, and try to have sex at least every day or two the rest of the month. Don't heed the people that tell you to wait 2 or 3 days between sex. This will actually decrease the amount and quality of the sperm that your body produces, meaning it will lower your chances of getting pregnant. You should have sex at least every 48 hours if you are serious about conceiving.

Eat Right

What you eat is almost as important as what he eats, and you both need to be sure that you're eating the right things for your pregnancy. One of the best secrets to a quick pregnancy is for men to eat foods like oysters, shrimp, and bananas, as the nutrients they contain will improve the quality and motility of the sperm.

Have him stay away from any soy products - including edamame beans - if you want to get pregnant quickly. Soy products can actually lower the concentration of sperm, which will make it harder for you to get pregnant.

Fight Stress

One tip is to have as much sex as possible before you start ovulating. If you wait until you ovulate, you just have a window of a few days for conception. However, if you start having sex 3 to 5 days before you even start ovulating, you'll increase your chances of getting pregnant.

For people that are overweight and ladies with pcos as they can't consume sugar (carbs) much of which fruits have in good quantity.hence the green tea suggestion.As most people have them for breakfast.
Yes chin.a is well known for fake stuff esp in Nigeria but there's no denying the fact that their herbs are effective for ttc.so we shouldn't generalise and deny ourselves the benefits inherent in their stuff.my green tea is not even made from there.secret is buy your products from reputable stores and if possible,popular brands.

@Rahul, yes PCOS is one of the major causes of infertility. It may be symptomatic or asymptomatic and women who have it may not know until they actively start trying to concieve without success. Most women with PCOS are overweight,and their symptoms may include excessive hair growth on the face or body,missed or irregular menstrual periods,acne,dandruff,dark patches of skin etc. Unfortunately,PCOS stops women from ovulating and often leads to infertility.
Research as shown that insulin resistance contributes to the syndrome.That's is why losing weight and avoiding sugar to the barest minimum is important to women with this condition.
All other factors being in order,using her meds and changing her diet,having an exercise routine that works her body will have a dramatic effect on her condition and lead her to concieve soon.
Pls give her all the support while she's at it.

@honiepie, I just got the edmark shake off and Trevo drink. Though I am slim, I have been diagnosed of PCOS. Will the combo be sufficient to detox before I begin any fertility treatment? WATER Two thirds of our body is composed of water,and it is essential for it to be provided with a regular supply.Most of us drink too little,and this can cause problems both for our general health and reproductive health.
Bottom line is,you should never let yourself get to the state where you actively feel thirsty,as this is a sign that your body is very dehydrated.
Aim to drink at least 2litres a day.This may sound a lot,but actually,the body loses about that much a day and especially in hot weather.Don't drink water as tea or coffee or carbonated drinks.Drink water as water itself. A good way of quantifying your water intake is to examine your urine.If it is dark,then it is full of toxins and your body needs more water to flush these out.If it is clear and odour free,you are drinking a sufficient quantity.This is extremely important for those ladies undergoing a fertility cleanse.

For multiple fibroids, try using black strap mollases .heard its effective for fibroids with or without apple cider vinegar.
