I think they do it intentionally because of teachers that change jobs at will. It automatically means that if you decide to leave for a new job at the begining of the month, u have to forfeit the previous month's salary or come back for it when oga is ready to pay you.

I have on both occasions and I got the job. On both occasions my son was crying out so loud they had to do my oral interview before others. Take note, I got the job.

Btw, it's not too late, you can still get an automatic lecturing job in your school with your second class upper without doing any post graduate program or better still apply to Adeyemi college of education or any uni of ur choice. You will get the job automatically with your high grades.

With MSc and your second class upper, You can still apply for Lecturing in your department.
