SarahD: Hello house, I was invited for a written interview at Krystal-Bal School.
I was so impressed with the questions asked. It encompasses every aspect of the education of a child and all that is expected of a good teacher, which lasted for 1hour.
The questions ranges from qualities of a good teacher, responsibilities of a good teacher, how a teacher can achieve effective teaching an d learning, records by a school and by a class teacher.
After the test, we were told that if we were successful, we will be contacted on Wednesday for further interview, especiall those that applied to teach in the secondary section.
Thats all, waiting for the next phase.

I met with the owner. She said they can only afford to pay 20k (after saying she's very impressed with my performance) and even added that some staffs there re collecting below that. I said I'd get back to them nd I'm yet to get back to them. All these private schools sef.

On CRSS matter, I'm happy I didn't fall into their trap, though I went for their written test at festac. In as much as I enjoy teaching, I have other options and I'm still far from my goal, which means I have to keep going for more interviews and other job hunt. Based on what I've read about CRSS, I don't think they'd be flexible enough to allow me miss school occasionally. For me, any school that wants to tie me down, at this stage should forget it. 7am - 6pm in a school for 50k monthly plus no holiday and delayed salary; no be me dem go do that one.

He called me for interview in mathematic and physics but am not sure I can take teaching job in ologuneru.. Its far from main road . Best of luck guys . Ignored the Vicdalye interview and went for the Dele college. Proprietor owns Dele college of technology and seems to be a nice baba too. Refreshed us. Salary dont know but gave them my minimum which is 35k. Didnt want me to go just kept begging that i take lower because they say d school is new in Lagos. Me no gree as d Tfare is over 300 naira per day.
