Addressing the 2nd plenary Assembly of the Catholic Bishops Conference of Nigeria (CBCN) in Otukpo Benue state yesterday, Senator Mark said the differences between the Federal Government and ASUU requires spiritual intervention in order to end the imbroglio.

Spiritual intervention or financial intervention? Is this man for real? Why can can they take 'spiritual interventions' at the National Assembly instead of allocating billions of naira to themselves as salaries and allowances? God punish the devil.

What does prayer(this is not to say that am against prayer, even the word of God says, "faith without work is death", that is prayer without meeting ASUU demand is an effort in futility) have to do with ASUU strike, when you Senator David Mark and the FG know the right thing to do. May be I should ask the senator, if he prays before receiving salary and all the allowances, or before sending his children to school abroad?
