What pain me most in nigeria is that when something can still be amend it is not done until it finally breakdown, so that they can have their own cut of d money n embezzle it, because even on a smaller project deformation study ought to be carry out on them but here we are in 9ja once a project is constructed & completed then they believe that they have nothing to do with it again.
