According to dentists and oral health experts, brushing your teeth(including your tongue and palates) twice ie in the morning and before bed time helps get rid of food particles which are capable of causing bad breathe and other oral diseases. Many people don't comply with this. Do you brush your teeth twice a day?

As for me, i brush twice bt nt everyday sha. I brush twice lyk 4-5 days a week

Did that few times but stopped cos:
1. No time
2. Whenever the power source is interrupted it‘s alwys like a burden to do dt.
