The op has goTten this wrongly The quoted medical researches all emphasize something ' moderate amount' this has a specific value medically , which is 15g/week for male and 12.5g/week for female, now that might be cumbersome for majority to calculate but in summary this might mean taking a bottle of beer for about 10 days. Yes ! One bottle for 10 days . Now we all know that to the alcoholics that will really sound silly and definitely not feasible but any value above that is dangerous , with risk of hypertension, stroke, type 2 dm, mental disorders, loss of social orderliness etc . So stop quoting a research atthe surface. |
