Clomipramine(anafranil)is basically used for:
Delusional disorder
Depression
Obsessive-compulsive disorder, Intravenous therapy
Pain, chronic
Panic disorder
Pervasive developmental disorder..

It is also used for ejaculation disorders(premature ejaculatiion), but pllssss, don't take this drug without a doctors prescription as it has serious box warnings. As any user of this drug must be monitored closely. Cheers.
