My beloved state,akwa ibom state is 26 today.it was created on 23 september,1987 under military regime of babangida.
The state shares same boundary with cross river,abia and rivers state.
This state is the number one interms of crude oil production and it's one of the most beautiful state in nigeria.
This state has produced reknown names in almost all fields of endeavours such as samuel peters,ini edo,vincent enyeama,mish(akwa ibom ayaiya crooner),pasto goody goody,
The first air marshal in nigeria-Air marshal Nsikak eduok,ex governors of river state and ogun state-sam enwang.
The first chief justice of uganda justice udoma udoma was from this great state and so many others.
Please join me celebrate this great state as she marks her anniversary today.
