Download any lucky patcher,if its not the latest version then the app will prompt for update..I've dwnld the app a long time ago,can't really remember the exact site..

open ur playstore nd minimise switch on wi-fi and on ur data den enter d game
u'll c were dey will right facebook tap it nd it will tel u some tins jst tap ok
make sure ur facebook is loggin in oo
den after dat exit d game nd enter it again
den enter play kick nd tap check for existing purchase

Your version is quite different from mine,but I believe they serve same pupose,in ur ss,there is a option for open menu of patches,then click support for inapp an lvl emulation..the old version of lucky patcher can only custom patch app to eneble u have acess to premium acess but the latest version has inApp purchase ability..

Check these:
Did you create a folder for the game correctly in the obb ?
Did you download the game from play store? if yes, delete it and download the unlocked game apk and data file from andropalace.net
