This is an outline of what happens when the world's most famous monarch dies. Her majesty's death and funeral has been in planing for years. The funeral plans code named "LONDON BRIDGE" has been ochestrated in conjuction with the queen for decades. It has been rehersed and updated in 2002 and 2013. In this article, i will outline what happens following the death of queen elizabeth ii.

THE ANNOUCEMENT.
The official annoucement of the death of the queen will be made by the palace and officially, the first news network to annouce it will be the BBC. The anchor to annouce the death must wear a black tie(men) or black scalf(women). So as of now every senoir news anchor in the BBC owns a black tie or scalf in their offices incase of the breaking news.following the news, all comedy programs in the u.k will be suspended, parliament will be dissolved in the u.k and all 16 countrues were elizabeth ii is queen. Then 250 gunshots will thunder through the u.k and 16 commonwealth realms signaling the end of queen elizabeth ii reign and the start of king charles ii reign.

immediately the queen dies, her first son, charles assumes the throne of great britain and 16 other countries. He will be informed of his ascention by the archbishop of canterbury and the prime minister. After he is informed, the prince will be dressed in his full atire as commander in chief of the u.k and commonwealth reals armed forces and he will proceed to st. James palace were he will read a speech to the ascention council. After the speech, the ascention council will comfirm his ascention and he will pick a regal name. Afterwhich he shall be driven in the bentley state limosine to buckingham palace as the new king.

THE PRINCES VIGIL.
Following the queen's death, she will be transported in a casket drapped with her personal flag, flowers and the imperial state crown to buckingham palace were she will spend final time with her farmily. The next day she will be transported to westminster hall in the u.k houses of parliament. On that morning, members of the house of lords and house of commons will file into westminster hall wearing black suits. Then the queen's casket placed on a horse drawn gun carraige surrounded by men of all forces of the u.k and commonwealth realms army and it will depart buckingham palace for westminster hall. Walking behind the coffin will be the children, grand children and selected relatives of the queen. The procession will move through the streets of london with guns firing simultenously from hyde park, the tower of london, green park and other selected spots. Meanwhile, the new king and his consort will arrive ahead of the coffin at westminster hall and wait at the door to recieve it. At approximately noon, the coffin will arrive at westminster hall and will be recieved by king charles, the prime minister and leader of the opposition, the speaker and lord speaker,the archbishop of canterbury, black rod and dean of westminster. The coffin will proceed into the hall carried by senoir member of te armed forces and place on a cataflague where prayers will be said by the archbishop of canterbury. Following the prayers. The four grandchildren of the queen william,harry,peter and john will mount the four corners of the cataflague and keep a 20 minutes vigil for their grandmother. After that they will be replaced by four members of the british military with swords drawn. The coffin will remain in westminster hall for 3days, when members of the public will b allowed to file by the coffin and pay their final respect to their departed head of state.

THE FUNERAL.
The funeral of british monarchs are among the most regal with pomp and pagentry. It is held at the westminster abbey with world leaders and heads of government from all her realms in attendance. On the morning of the funeral, crash barriers will be erected along the routh of the funeral procession so the public can watch from a safe distance. And then the royal casket which has been in westminster hall for three days will be bon on a gun carraige for the procession to westminster abbey. Also escorted by members of the royal farmily, the procession for the funeral will be bigger as representatives of the armned forces of all the queen's realms will be in represented. The procession wll makes it's way to the sounds of drums and pipes with the public tossing flowers at the queen's coffin. The teno bell at the abbey will toll to the amount of years the queen lived to and gun fire will go off around the commonwealth. Upon the arrival at westminster hall, the casket will be recieved by the new king and all the other members of the royal farmily. The service will be conducted by the archbishop of canterbury and will feature the queen's favourite musical selections.

her brittanic majesty is a committed and resolute woman...upon her coronation, she swore an oath to God that "through out my life, be it long or short, it shall be dedicated to the service of the united kingdom and our imperial farmily" so if she abdicates, she would have broken that sacred oath. Her majesty's mother died at the age of 101. Her majesty is currently 88 and shows no sign of slowing down. So charles should be patient.
