I need a help pls. my laptop is typing letter z anywhere possible zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. I can't browse or type. I cleaned d key board an even reformatted d system bt yet d problem persist. pls I need a help. |

Your Z key is broken and locked-down (underneath not at the top) Only a hardware (Screwdriver & tester) engineer can fix or replace it. Please don't format. The locked-down Z might cause further damage. |

tanks, bt it makes some nasty sound when booting and it won't boot unless I pressed backspace key. am pissed off with dis problem. |

The sound might be caused by the locked-down Z key. Backspace was removing the repeated ZZZZs. Send it for repair. Faulty keypads are common. Try and relax. Its better that a blown motherboard or a crashed hard disk. |

alarming sound on bootin is caused by bad keyboard. replace keyboard asap. |
