it first started with disappearing credit. i would load and without making a single call my account balance would fall to zero. And then like a bad joke,messages would come in saying things like: your subscription for fulani proverbs has been renewed. Other times it would be ibo proverbs. This might be a bit easier to take if this proverbs were worthwhile but as you would guess they are always laughable. I know etisalat are not alone in this as mtn too has turned their callertunes into a cash cow. Please all this should stop before i head for NCC

yes. all those 1wk free proverbs and news are all traps. if u enter it, u cant come out. even mtn free callertune i mistakenly accepted, the next message i got was "you will now be charged for callertunez". i quickly wiped my airtime clean first and then called 180 to remove the droppings.

The same with me. my 300 naira credit disappeared. when i called 200, they claimed i used it for browsing, we argued till i was cut off by the agent... Etisalat is a big cheat..
