I think MTN is the worst when it comes to Customer Care, try and Call 180, i bet you, you will not get them till next year, I wonder what type of upgrading they usually do when they can't even fix their goddamn C.C line.
Zain- Though not a zain subscriber, their C.C line is not all that bad, they get things fixed out for ya provided you give them genuine information.
GLO- I've never tried them yet but i've been hearing there good in problem solving but if na GPRS forget am, except you be Post-paid customer.
ETISALAT- the best just call their C.C line the will just pick it up and solve your problem in a twinkle of an eye, But there such expand their network base throughout 9ja.
