I vexed when I read this headline ''89% of
Corps member can't communicate in English -
NYSC''. My proposal is to licensed teachers in
Nigeria. I beg of you, because you are a
nation builder and you contribute a lot to
student's performance. I am confidently
saying this as regard my statistical analysis
result.
365 days make 1 years and the school opens
for about 5 working days multiply by 52
weeks in a year. However, we need to
subtract mandated holidays in a year. They
are as follow: New year holiday, Milad un Nabi
(Birth of Muhammad. SAW), Good Friday,
Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Worker?s day,
Children day, Democracy day, Commemorates
the failed of 1993 election - June 12, Eid - al -
fitre (End of Ramadan), Independence day, Eid
- al - Adha (Feast of sacrifice), Christmas day
and Boxing day. Muslim events are based on
Islamic lunar calendars.
It is obvious that approximately 67% days in
the year, students are spending in school.

I look into Nigeria Educational System and I
laugh, my laugh is of various reasons in
which I cannot express it all. What has been
done by educators (Specialist in teaching
profession) to bagged N.C.C.E is it submissively
discharges? The method of teachings that
have been emphasized in the college of
education, has it been considered? Teacher!
Have you ever diagnosed the classroom setup,
structure and its unavailability in order to
evaluate apt teaching method to be used?
What is your aim as a teacher, you work for
money or for achievement?
What is cane need to do with teaching? Are
the students goat? It is just to develop
phobia. Perhaps they are stubborn, have you
ever meditate on a teaching method meant
for stubborn being. How better did you
understand psychology and reinforcement?
Can behaviour be changed through some
influenced? Kindly think on these rising
questions.
