i a still waiting to knw which video editing software i could use for editting movies. i discovered that adobe priemere or aftereffect does not give enough classic effects needed in a good video performance. i need your thoughts.

adobe after effects is the no.1 and the best visual effects software unless you don't knw how to use it. As for space when working with adobe premier, always export your video with the H2 format. That way it will not be heavy.

I am a video director and editor with over 5 years of experience. Video studio X8 and its earlier is one of my best video editing software so far but lot of other colleagues cant use it creatively as i do. Op Go and get a Laptop with requirement for serious editor and mind you there are diffrent rendering format depending on the use. I use Corel Videostudio for best of my treatment, color grading, burn effects or lensflare. its all about how to creatively use what you have to achieve proffesional result.
