I once thought life was unfair
Why live to die?
Why become friends only to say goodbye?
Why love only to feel despair?

Emotions hold sway, an overwhelming sign
At the demise of a loved one,
At the departure of a dear one
Or when we just have to say goodbye with a waving sign

How I wish I would never cry,
That I never have to say goodbye
How I wish I neither have to leave nor die,
That I have amnesia, to live a lie

For this memories killing me are high
Painful thoughts of opportunities lost
Heart aching feelings of known faces turned to dust
I just can't deny, these feelings are nigh

I once thought life was unfair...

Until I learn to let go, then glow
Living in the moment of life's flow
Creating memories that'll matter most
For here is ephemeral, the next is my eternal host.

Very good indeed!

BTW,
Forgive me.
There is this raging thread where they r saying that Muhammad (PBUH) slept with a six year old. Please help me tell them it's not true.
