Dear friends,

This is to introduce to you our social justice project called: Justice-Nigeria. We have been working hard on it - but we have faced some hiccups and setbacks of the kinds that are unique to Nigeria (I leave this part to your imagination). Update on our first case is that we have interviewed the main parties involved. We are currently working on the post production. This video is an extract. Our next steps are: (1)We are trying to raise some money for Haji's treatment and to assist her children (2) We are trying to get some legal assistance for her (3) We will be pursuing the government officials some kind of compensation and assistance with her treatment. The police and government officials have so far ignored her, but we are certain that if this case is given widespread publicity, they will be forced to do something. (4) As part of our publicity drive, we will target all means of publicising this case including through Nigerian and foreign Television channels.
