Parents,

There are three levels of drinking - light, moderate and heavy. The belief that wine or beer is not as harmful as hard liquor is not true. It doesn't make a difference which type of alcohol you consume - it is still alcohol. The amount taken in is what matters.

My father drinks. My mother doesn't.
Father mostly has a beer with his evening meal or if watching a game or something. . .but not to the point of being drunk.
