Kilishi is definitely cool Suya is still the bomb! But since I now know that Balangu is what you call (ram suya), then that is definitely off the chain on my list. Balangu and beer for me please |

Nah the area1 own i sabi. Hmmm do they still sell kilishi in those boxes? I used to get boxes from my aunt when i was there. I could eat like 10 boxes |

R u sure ur not mistaken kilishi 4 wat is called sumfin Dabon Nama?? itz a blended/pounded roasted or fried dried meat , dat 1 is good 4 soups or stew!! area 1 2 is ok. I hp where u r nw u still getta bite from any of those thins'! anyway a friend told me 2 eat kilishi together wiv garium n sucre , that itz rily tait not tried it but wud try that weneva m free 2 go get dem meat!!! Hmm 10 boxes, thats huge stuff 4 sum large tummy!! |

I've tried suya here and in Houston and it's just never the same like the suya from back home. Guys do you think it's the smoke form the pit that gives suya from Nigeria that distinctive sweetness or just the Nigerian meat. |

702: LOL nah, i know kilishi. Na not small boxes. I dunno where my aunt got them, but i think they are meant for export Sorry ooo, maybe na bukurutu i suppose say Nwayz walahi that pic of suya omg!!! There is this place in jos (the best joint there - chaiii come and see suya) My brother does suya but i don't get to eat it that often Only thing missing is masa, but we put the onions, cabbage and dried pepper. |

Hehehe bkt has got nasty smell like rock! Nah, not even in naija, but i grew up in J-town. Ahhh bacardi hehehe so was change in the old dayz. I prefer to keep it the original way. Haven't found a way to make masa though Don't think i can handle mayo on my suya ooo |
