I would like anyone to educate me on the prospects of Switzerland and what are the potentials, schooling, job, economy, health, do they speak English etc? Infact everything.

My curiosity was aroused by an in law who got a fantastic job there from Germany.

Not that I am so interested in going there but just want to learn more about the place.
