Am not saying this for anything. Owerre is thrice the age of Awka, so when u use that bases u will realise that Awka is growing progressively with the UN masterplan. If we go by its age then owerre is not growing the way it should. Awka beats Asasba hands down. Is it not the same asaba I pass everyday. With all the oil money in delta, asaba remains an eyesore.
