My apologies as I have not been sending picture updates about our operations in this site. But we are advancing here despite the disturbances of Nike youths.

We just resumed works at this site today, I bought and shifted to site, wood for the decking of this house, my workers have started work already. Picture updates later.

Full carpentry works ongoing in this site since the his week, electrical work to commence tomorrow. We are doing the second decking here. More pictures as soon as I visit this site later this week.

Roofing wood work ongoing here now, my carpenters are working here. I will be going to see their work later.

Updates from this home building. .....

Roofing wood work in progress, we are planning to complete crown this house as soon as possible.

The owner of this house asked me to use the Metcoppo type aluminium roofing sheets to crown this house.

The roofing of this house is in progress, we want to conclude the roofing so we can start the plastering stage......

Please engineers in the house, I am about to do the roofing for my twin three bedroom bungalow and I would like to get some advise.
I intend using stone coated roofing sheet but my concern is that my carpenter advise that the "key post or whatever" which is the highest point of the roofing should be 20ft which i think would be too high. i do not want the roof low either but I would average height or a little bit on the high range but not excessively high. I am thinking making the "key post" 15ft. Please I would need an advise. Will 15ft be too low or will it be perfect or should I ask him to make it 17ft ? Just need a height that would bring out the beauty of the roof but noot unnecessary high.

Please your advise would be much appreciated.

Did the carpenters say what made them suggest 20ft for the king post, and what was specified on the building plans?
