whoever dressed miss Nigeria was very mad. that buba whatever doesn't look maiden enough, whatever happened to short wrapper at the waist, fitted blouse on top or a piece of cloth across the brea.sts; with jigida at the hips, corals on the legs, beads on the head with the hair arranged as they do it in local movies; instead of that miserable scarf. .
