Yes you can. I was there to pick up my reserved tickets at around lunch time.

While I was there, it seemed like the Italian fans outnumbered the Naijas by a ratio of 5 to 1. No alarm about that though, they have been allocated 3 quarters of the seats because i think the Italian FA oraganised the game? not sure

Also note that the ticket office shuts at 5pm, dont know if they'll extend their opening hours for late purchases.
