Please how do I root my HTC inspire 4G.

owwk problem solved. I flashed 3.33 firmware with gingerbread ROM so it started reboot ing in htv logo ..so I later flashed the 4.3 ROM !!its now running fine tanx guys for the rapid response

pls how can I upgrage my HTC velocity from 2.3 to 4.2 so as to install bbm on it...thanx

FIRSTLY U NEED ROOT N SOFF ,YOU CAN ROOT UR DEVICE WITH EROOT OR HTC QUICK ROOT AS FOR S OFF U CAN DO THAT WITH REVOLUTIONARY

I have htc evo 4G+ but am unable to unlock my bootloader and root it.
I got my unlock token sent to my email address but wen I type “fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin", nothing happens on my fone. I don't see anything telling me to accept or reject on my fone.

boss I did reduce the brightness o to d minimum infact! but d autosync is like d most important thing cuz i need to recieve data/info on the go. and i think the background data works with auto sync....pls correct me if m wrong

find a tool kit and use it in those command ...yo can download that of htc one or my touch ...dont use thier recoveries ooooo

or if u hvave 4.o and u feel just to root and not to tweak to flash custom rom ...u may follow this my tutorial https://www.nairaland.com/1294138/tutorial-how-root-tecno-d5 ..i have use this file to root so many 4.o phones including techo phones too...u have nothing to loose ,once its htc...but before file will work properly u need to copy the file to yur c drive and close any existing adb app open ..close them from task manager in your pc...allow all your drivers to install allow usb debugging and click on the runme.bat file if it was not succesfull choose another drive,,keep trying ....dont need to follow my log tutorial just do it smple as i have instructed here,,,,,,,
