It's obvious that Nigerians want development and good governance devoid of corrupt practices and majority of Nigerians both home and abroad feel that Buhari(debate able anyway) is the only option that can give us this.

Let us assume that Buhari is now the president of nigeria and you are to suggest/give names of all corrupt politicians/individuals you want him to prosecute and jail if found guilty list the names of your perceived corrupt one's. If possible the act of corruption committed.

This is what I think will happen:

1. As much as we wish, Buhari might never become President of Nigeria. Too many crooks running around and there are more evil-minded, shortsighted, myopic, and "scared-of-change" people running around in Nigeria than not.

2. APC itself will begin, starting next year, to denigrate Buhari in the media by chanting the "Nigerians want someone Younger" slogan, thereby ensuring that corruption continues.

3. Buhari will be forced to choose between:

a. Leaving the party and being labelled a desperado. Or;

b. Staying in the party and being labelled a "friend of the corrupt" and seeing his legacy tarnished

4. If Buhari is to be President theres got to be some sort of compromise. An agreement can be reached beforehand with the chief criminals in Nigeria--- OBJ, ANNENIH, IBB, THE UBAS etc--- to return certain amounts of monies (determined to be what they stole from Nigerians) in lieu of prosecution. Heads will still roll, just not those strong enough to destroy the country using the hungry-likes of Sincere9igerian, Tomakint, Taharqa, Asari Dokubo and co who only think of their stomachs instead of their future. 5 or so "bigfish" will be presented to the altar of Nigerians for sacrifice as a show of "fight against corruption". Thousands of smaller fish will also be fried for the benefit of the Nigerian people, investors around the world and to regain confidence in the Nigerian Govt. You stole N30million or more...you aint a big fish, you gone die in jail. N1Billion or more? Youre a "almost big-fish", so, either you return our money or your new zip-code will be in the Kiririki area.

Simple enough if you ask me. Only problem, like I said is, too many evil minded, myopic people running around.

grin To start with, we all know that, house divided against it self cannot stand.

The marriage of strange bedfellows, popularly called APC, is the conglomeration of the world most corrupt& dreaded politicians that ever walk the surface of this earth.

The leader of this conglomerate happened to be buhari, a coupist, & a man who once was a PTDF chairman & embezzled trillions commited into his hand & till today he has not accounted for the money. Next in rank to him is the Toronto certificate holder/forger Tinubu aka Jagagban, who for 8years as lagos state governor couldn't point to one single thing he used the resources to achieve, rather under 8years he become second wealthiest Yoruba& bought over lagos overnight.

In this conglomerate, men& women of dubious& questionable characters are not lacking. Contrariwise, is devoid of men & women of integrity& moral standing.

What is beckoning for answer is, who& who is going to fight the corruption in this conglomerate. Since it is rotten from head to toe.

Is it the likes of,
Buhari,
Tinubu,
Fashola,
Rochas
Ngige
Amaechi
Malam Elrufi
Aragbe-shola
Ikuforiji,
Fanni Kayode etc who is enmeshed in deep corruption, will fight corruption., What an irony.

Anyway, op whoever want to start the corruption fight, have to start with GMB

You are the only person that made sense so far.

I opened this thread to test the average IQ of members of this forum but alas 99% of them don't even have any.

First of all you can't win election in Nigeria without corruption. Who finance your campaign, who are your party members? If you form your own party strictly to be diff from the way Nigerian parties are what happened to the people's SAN will happen to you. Now for the fact that Buhari(supposed upright man) dine with the likes of Tinubu, Ikimi, Udenwa, and the host of others, I don't see him making any headway in the corruption fight. It will only seem he is fighting the opposition which in itself is corruption.( I see partial justice as corruption too).
