In those days, when you buy akara it is usually wrapped with either old newspapers or other papers, like used exam questions and answer papers or other old papers. but this days, what we see now is after buying akara you receive it in polythene water proof. so I want to know why you think paper is no longer in use in wrapping akara

Ok pls clarify me, is that formally when they were using it, it was hygienic and later on it now became unhygienic as they are no longer using it

@OP, you are very wrong there. Akara, puffpuff, friedyam and such fried stuffs are first wrapped with newspaper or those old exam papers before they are put in black nylon bag. Ive never seen anyone that removed hot akara from hot oil and put inside nylon bag.
