Reason Why LASG Prosecutors Withdrew Case Against Mustapha by BishopMagic: 7:00pm On Dec 01, 2013
The Lagos State Government vowed to re-arraign Mustapha on further charges after the Appeal's Court squashed the initial conviction of Al Mustapha on murder charges but suddenly the case was finally withdrawn. The true reason behind the withdrawal of further criminal prosecution on Mustafa by Lagos State was orchestrated by no other than Bola Tinubu himself.

Tinubu being the ever opportunistic prowler, was desperately wooing Al Mustapha in the hopes of joining the ACN and then fielding him for the Kano State government seat.

Tinubu was well aware of the huge support Mustapha enjoys in Kano which his late Boss Abacha still enjoys even after death.

By Tinubu's shrewd calculation if Mustapha was made to join ACN and run for the office of Governor, the ACN will have huge leverage come 2015 when negotiating with other parties that later formed the APC.

Tinubu you may all want to recall was penciled down as one of many SW personalities that Abacha wanted as his deputy during his failed transition from military to civilian head of state. Al Mustapha was the back channel between Abacha and Tinubu when he was a member of NADECO.

Come 2015, I see GEJ supporting Mustapha for Kano GUB. This will effectively dislodge any support Kwankwanso currently has and make him irrelevant politically.

Kano is a make or Break for both the APC and PDP.

My sources have it that GEJ has cemented agreement to support Mustapha while Tinubu is having sleepless nights trying to woo him still. This is not going down well with Kwankwanso who wants to handpick a successor for the Kano Seat and also is nursing a Presidential ticket.

Mustafa enjoys a very wide sympathy not only in Kano but among most northerners who see him as a tough, intelligent Military officer who served Abacha loyally and gallantly.

The outcome of Mustafa winning KANO for the PDP is thus most likely to assuage and steer northern votes from Buhari to him and eventually the PDP.

This is one of the reasons why Kwankwanso is not happy with GEJ.

Mustapha again is at the center of a brewing national storm.

Why do you people have to lie so brazenly like this every time in your life.

Al Mustafa can't contest in Kano......if he need to contest, he will go and contest in Yobe State.

You don't need to lie against Tinubu to feel happy in life.

Is Tinubu your only concern? Al Mustapha is from Kano that is why Abacha handpicked him. Yes Abacha is not originally from Kano but that is how the north operates based on settlers and not necessarily ethnicity or tribe which has since been eroded by the adoption of Islamic cultures over African tradions and cultures.

here is proof that Hamza is from Kano and as such can contest for any elective position for that state

So there you have it.

Tinubu again interfered with court proceedings by influencing the outcome of the Lagos State Court of Appeals and also preventing the Prosecutors Office from refiling fresh charges in the hope of wooing Mustafa.

This is the same frogged eye babboon that rode on the NADECO train claiming to fight for the June 12 mandate but sacrificing everything for his personal ambition and greed. He even went further to ensure that Justice was not served on the case of the late Kudirat Abiola.

How long will you people remain in darkness?

Everyday Tinubu is getting richer and building an empire based on your xenophobia and collective hate of Igbos when you are truly your own main enemies.

The Memory of MKO that GEJ wanted to immortalize by renaming the University of Lagos was hijacked for cheap political trolling (since I saw no gain for the protest by the unruly touts that now get admitted for a degree there) by Tinubu even though it is own records that MKO when he was alive did contribute to the development to the school.

How daft is this generation?

Today I see no difference between the majority Yorubas and the Hausas and Fulani illiterate poor masses who were content as long as a northerner was in power with no dividends to them. If Tinubu controls Aso Rock will you expect him to extend gestures to you when he has already privatized governance in Lagos and all the other APC controlled states in the SW?

It is on record that this is the only political set up were the SW is not within the first 4 powerful citizens. How? Tinubu rode on the Muslim Northerners kicking against a woman to head the lower house by ordering his stooges in congress to vote for Tambuwala.

Today you have the audacity to state that GEJ is running a regional cabinet wherein you have caged yourself like that proverbial ostrich with it's head in the sand.

In my opinion Tinubu is not smart or intelligent just as Hitler was but they share similarities since both these men rode into power by tapping the collective fear and superstitions of the masses.
