It has to do with facial structure, when u have high cheek bones, a camera staring at you directly won't do justice you ur face, ur forehead appears larger while the side of ur face is compressed... So you need a certain angle to capture your features.. Nothing beats the eye that can view both angles at the same time...
I saw one girl lyk dat on bbm, she was so cute so I had to meet her in mass comm department.. If I wasn't a gentleman, I would have ran off as soon as I saw her.. I couldnt believe my eyes... Her pimples sef fit kill person.. But I didn't wanna make her feel bad..
Some pple look perfect in pictures and in real life as welll... Lucky bunch..

It happens to me too,am not that photogenic,for example like the pictures on my profile I had to take like about twenty different snap-shots before I could pick those ones,and the phone camera wey I dey use na 4mp so I think that should not be a problem.
