and it seems as if James who is in charge of the surveillance for Steven n Stella is highly skilled than Raven who's in charge of surveillance for Sheila because James checks all coordinates ranging from traffic to others while the only cue Raven had was to my own understanding the compromised gadgets that Steven's team had with them
