Perhaps dieing canadian company , Blackberry would have been telling a different story today , if only they had signed justin bieber few years back. According to reports , popular pop star , justin bieber offered to become blackberry's ambassador when he was still an upcoming musician.



Instead of signing bieber , blackberry decided to sign alicia keys that year. Now blackberry is full of regrets , here's what an anonymous blackberry executive said.

“One thing we missed out on was that Justin Bieber wanted to rep BlackBerry. He said, “Give me $200,000 and 20 devices, and I’m your brand ambassador,” basically. And we pitched that to marketing: Here’s a Canadian kid, he grew up here, all the teeny-boppers will love that. They basically threw us out of the room. They said, “This kid is a fad. He’s not going to last.” I said at the meeting: “This kid might outlive RIM.” Everyone laughed.” –

Perhaps if bieber had become blackberry' s ambassador then maybe the story would have been different. Maybe justin could have made the teens prefere a blackberry to an iphone or an android.
