It’s the holiday season for many of us, and you know what that means… food and family! Unlike friends, you can’t pick your family. Don’t get us wrong—family is one of the greatest gifts, but gifts come in ALL different sizes and personality flaws. So this month’s challenge is all about family disagreements.

Think of a family member you have trouble getting along with. List that person's best qualities. Not superficial ones like good genes (that goes for you too), but thoughtful qualities. Pick the best and give them a sincere compliment about it. Maybe you haven’t talked in years. Here's your chance to break the ice.
