Considering the magnitude of the land (1000mtre) and the location (Ikeja GRA).the land alone should worth more than 100million. And then when u sum the building worth to the land present value, you find out that it is too cheap for that price. It is too cheap for my liking.

With just 7rooms, oh no thats too small. Tell me it has about 50rooms, den I may even consider buying and renovating to a standard hotel

Ugly design for that price no way. The owner and the designer try to make it look like a palace but it ends up looking like a shrine.
